Account & Login Issues
I can’t sign in to my account
Double-check your email address and password, and make sure you have a working internet connection. If you’re still stuck, email us at support@mail.spark.sparktheworld.info with the email address on your account.
My university ID verification was rejected
Verification is reviewed manually. If your ID was rejected, contact support with a clear photo of your university ID card and we’ll take another look.
How do I update my profile information?
Most profile details, including your name and academic information, can be edited from the Profile section of the app.
Challenges & Submissions
How do I join a challenge or team?
Challenges, teams, and workspaces are managed through invitations from a challenge organizer or team lead. If you were expecting an invite and haven’t received one, contact your organizer or reach out to support.
I made a mistake in my submission
Contact support with your team name and challenge name, and we’ll help where we can, subject to the challenge’s submission rules.
Where can I see results or rankings?
Results and leaderboard rankings, when released, are visible within the relevant challenge in the app.
Account Deletion & Data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. After you submit a deletion request, you have 30 calendar days to cancel it by logging back into your account. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
To request deletion, email support@mail.spark.sparktheworld.info from the address associated with your account.
